I purchased a new 2020 Forester in 2020 from Bill Bryan Subaru and starting using their service dept. and they are great. In 2020 the sales dept. was also great and Jason the manager at that time took grea Subaru and starting using their service dept. and they are great. In 2020 the sales dept. was also great and Jason the manager at that time took great care of us. Decided to trade in the 2020 Forester and replace it with a new 2023 Forester. All when great during the sale but no customer support after the sale from the sales dept. At the time of trade in we asked about a prorated credit on the extended maintenance / warranties that we had on the trade in. At the time of sale was told no problem that it was all taken care of automatically. Well 3 months later still no refund and when I called and emailed the salesperson all I got were excuses and no call back. I decided to call Subaru Corp to inquire and was informed by them that the dealership never put in the required paperwork for me to get the refund. I called the salesperson back to inform him what I found out. He told me will look at it first thing in the morning with the finance manager and get back to me. I never received a call back. I decided to write an email to the general manager explaining the problem and hoping that he can resolve the problem. But sorry to say the manager did not have the courtesy to respond to me. More
Had been looking to purchase a new vehicle for a few months looked online at three different manufacturers models and really liked the looks and reviews on Subaru especially the Ascent plus the fact my months looked online at three different manufacturers models and really liked the looks and reviews on Subaru especially the Ascent plus the fact my Brother In law and his wife have owned two Subarus and just got a new Outback ! so went online and had been talking to Annett about the Ascent 8 passenger model back in forth the dealership had none but was going to search to try and locate one. We made an appointment to see if we could order one,we went to the dealership ask for Annett who Everyone on the staff was great. She introduced us to a Salesman Robert Monroe . I’d say our lucky day! Where can I begin about Robert ? Great personality easygoing young man he showed us a couple of 7 pass Ascent which were nice but we wanted an 8 passenger but we test drove one of them nice ride beautiful car ! So we went back and discussed what we were looking for and he suggested ordering a 2023 model my wife told him what we want which was the Limited edition.Robert put everything together price and it looked good discussed trade agreed put down payment and order was placed to Subaru manufacturer! Robert also said that they would still look for a 2022 model when the dealership got a list of a new shipment of vehicles with the two colors and interior we were looking ! I thought that was great if Robert outdoor find one sooner we could get it sooner! lol and behold Robert came through got a call a few weeks later they located one ! A couple days later Robert drove himself to a another dealer on the west coast to bring it to Leesburg (the dealership trade out another for the one we wanted) Now that is service ! The next day we went and met Robert at Bill Bryan took us to the service area showed us the Ascent love at first site! We went back and finished up all the paperwork Which anyone knows that’s the least favorite part of buying a car but even Robert made that worthwhile! And Robert offered us lunch too! And we got the car of our dreams ! Ok know this was long but I really can’t say enough about Robert Monroe and the rest of the staff at Bill Bryan Subaru! Side note ; I retired as a State DMV Supervisor Who licensed and regulated new and used car dealers for 27 years these people are some of the nicest around! Pleasant experience. I originally inquired online but decided to call. Luckily Robert picked up and helped me out. Gave me a quote out the door w/ trade in that I was happy with and I came in the next morning and wrapped up the purchase. Prices were fair and competitive. I will recommend Bill Bryan to anyone thanks to Roberts hospitality and willingness to make the process as easy as possible.
