Integrety is #1 with Vin Devers! We purchased a pre owned 2013 Cadillac CTS Performance Coupe with 57,000 miles on it from Dick via a listing we found on Cargurus.com. When we called We purchased a pre owned 2013 Cadillac CTS Performance Coupe with 57,000 miles on it from Dick via a listing we found on Cargurus.com. When we called and spoke to Dick we asked him to hold the car and he did. Made a wire transfer on a Monday and they allowed us to make 2 more payments in the next 2 weeks. Upon flying from Portland to Detroit MI. They had a very nice man bring us into the dealership about an hour’s drive from Detroit to Sylvania Ohio. The car was already in mint looking condition, but they did a full detail and inspection way before when we got there. Dick was very helpful and pleasant all the way through the purchase and made every attempt to fix little issues on the car before we arrived. After we drove the car back to Oregon we discovered that the rear differential in this all wheel drive Cadillac was shot. Prior to knowing this we had a local Cadillac dealership change the oil in the rear end, and they charged us $177.00. When I called Vin Devers, and asked for a service refund out of state for the covered work. I got a check in the mail in 5 days! Now this company did not have to do that... But because it's Vin Devers, I experienced the Devers Difference! We love the car and especially love the way we were treated by Dick and the entire staff including Jason Perry and Jamee Riehle, the Office Manager. So Integrity is the only way we can honestly describe this company... Very hard to find in today's fast passed world of per-owned vehicles period.
