Was quoted 48 hour window to have vehicle diagnosed. No contact from dealership for four days before I was able to speak with someone about the issues. (They still hadn’t even looked at my vehicle yet). Overall, VW had my vehicle for a total of 8 days before I got it back. I was also promised by Terry a car wash and vaccuum. Vehicle was returned to me dirty with no cleaning. I used to come here for my oil changes and maintenance. I think I’ll go somewhere else. Management was not very helpful and didn’t seem very apologetic and seemed ready to argue regarding all the ‘misinformation’ on pricing that I was given before taking my vehicle in. VW of AH can definitely work on their timeliness of communication and follow up. It goes a long way. More

They didn't even help me with what i needed. I needed my fuel injectiors cleaned and that should've been covered in my warranty. But quoted "it'll be 100 more and your warranty should cover the rest, but send us the number of your warranty carrier and we'll call you back with the cost" 2 days later i don't hear back from them until my car is ready. And surprised me with a 900 dollar bill without getting me info on what my coverage was. Because maintenance isn't covered in my plan. But i was quoted 100. On top of "your warranty should cover it" Do not let them talk you into anything until you get a price first. Might save you a couple hundred dollars. More
