This was my very first experience with any Volkswagen dealership and I had rec'd a lease termination offer so I decided to inquire what kind of a deal I could get. It was a pleasure to have met him and I know now why he has such a fantastic staff. It starts at the top. I have never seen a General Manager as accessible as Paul, besides being friendly and accommodating, he was a true gentleman. VW of America should be proud of this dealership and use then as an example as to how other dealerships should be run.
