"Service or no service?"

I thought I would try this dealer for service since it's half the distance as my usual. I stopped by a few weeks ago to make an appointment and was told they couldn't fit me in for a few weeks. No problem, wasn't a serious issue, just mostly wanted it looked over before a big trip coming up. I showed up 10 min early to fill out the new customer info and was told after filling it all out that the mechanic was "running late" but was on the way. No problem, I've been there. After a half hour, I checked with Service, still on the way. Waited another half hour, still on the way. Waited a little while more then decided to leave. No apologies, no "Can we reschedule?". Life is short, I need all the hours I can get, I just wasted 2 and a half of them.

"CROOKS"

do not go here! i am so pissed off! we took my elderly fathers car in for a diagnostic test on a new ( used) car. yes the car has some issues but we took it there to get repaired not have more problems. matt the service advisor told me the headlight would cost $250 to repair which we already thought was expensive...after dropping the car off for a few hours they came back with $1000 repair quote due to wiring issues...again they may be correct about this but the windshield wipers were working before it went in. they are not working now. they claim the motor mysteriously died. it worked before it went in doesnt work now...they are not taking responsibility. what kind of shady business is this? don't waste your time or money.

"Totally Incompetent"

These guys are clueless! I got three different quotes for the same job. Quote #1 was when I called on the phone. But since I brought my own part, I should have just been charged labor. Quote #2 was when it was there and absent the labor which was at this point correct. But then they could not figure out how to put a used part in but they could figure out how to put in. However, if a brand new part was put in, they could figure it out. So I had no choice but to be strong armed into buying their part as I already had the car towed there. So now they requoted the job as quote #1 but since the car was already apart, I asked them why they were charging me labor to disassemble the car. They apologized, their mistake. So they lowered the quote an hour of the labor (which is weird as originally I was told 1.5 hours to take it apart and 1.5 hours to put it back together). Anyway, then I come to pick the car up, and the quote is for $150 more than what I was quoted. So I had to point that out to them. They readjusted the price and finally got the price right. As I get in the car, I found out they screwed up other things in the car and they plead ignorance. Which is not suprising since they could not even figure out how to close the window on the car. They had the car windows taped up with a plastic bad because the ignition switch was bound up. Are you telling me that a Volkswagon service dealer does not know that the key for the car can be put into the door lock to raise and lower the window? Totally inept. Only go to this dealership if you want to be screwed.

The service here, SUCKS! IN fact, the service here TRIPLE-A SICKS! And on that account, I'm going to file a claim against these imbeciles in small claims court. They are not only incompetents, but they're TRIPLE-A obnoxious and callous INCOMPETENTS!

"Amazing customer service"

My overall experience here was nothing but amazing.very welcoming and knowledgeable on their cars.i purchased my car from another dealership and it was giving me nothing but problems and they didn't know how to fix it.so I brought my car here and with in 10 minutes they told me what was wrong with it and started fixing it.my car runs amazing.A huge thank you to Travis in sales and a huge thank you to Mick in the service department.and to the volkswagen team who worked on my car!!! AMAZING JOB!!!

"Service at this dealer may cause you and your family..."

Service at this dealer may cause you and your family harm. My tires were inflated with over 50 lbs. of air. After leaving air out of tires three times on my way home form servicing my Touareg my digital gauge that I left at home showed 49.5 lbs. of pressure. Also, I called them on the fact they did not add the add-blue Diesel pollution additive. After the service guy said he added the "Blue" I have put on only 8000 and I have a warning indicator to add the add-blue. When topped off I should be able to drive 15000 miles. DON'T USE THIS DEALER......you may a Ford Explorer Experience!!!!!
