I thought I would try this dealer for service since it's half the distance as my usual. I stopped by a few weeks ago to make an appointment and was told they couldn't fit me in for a few weeks. No problem, wasn't a serious issue, just mostly wanted it looked over before a big trip coming up. I showed up 10 min early to fill out the new customer info and was told after filling it all out that the mechanic was "running late" but was on the way. No problem, I've been there. After a half hour, I checked with Service, still on the way. Waited another half hour, still on the way. Waited a little while more then decided to leave. No apologies, no "Can we reschedule?". Life is short, I need all the hours I can get, I just wasted 2 and a half of them.
