Rich was very patient with me as I asked him lots of questions about service costs as I was considering buying out my lease. I have never had issue with price or repairing items that didn't need repairing (which had been an issue for me in the past with other dealerships) everything has always been very straight forward. The labor rate is comparable to area garages, and with their expert knowledge of all VW's you'd be amiss for not bringing your VW here for repairs. Great job to the Service Team at VW of NA! More

We couldn't be happier with the service we received, and the extremely thorough walk through of the vehicle that Chris Wall provided. Norma was extremely professional, and went above and beyond to make sure that every part of the transaction was taken care of before we even left our house. Sloan coordinated everything wonderfully, and when we found a problem with the air deflector that came with the car, he quickly responded and is presently taking care of resolving the issue.
