Let me tell you--we first received a huge repair estimate from our Honda dealership over and above a few thousand dollars and even considered whether it would make more sense to trade it in and purchase a ne from our Honda dealership over and above a few thousand dollars and even considered whether it would make more sense to trade it in and purchase a new one. In sharp contrast, when we took the vehicle to Palm Springs Volkswagen we received straight, upright, honest, and simplified explanations of our choices in the repairs and maintenance of our vehicle from this dealership. The service manager told us we have a good vehicle that will last another 150-200 K miles. We are committed to continuing to bring our cars back to Palm Springs Volkswagen for service. More
