I bought my Certified used VW back in Feburary and now that it's time for my oil change, I could not for the longest time get someone to schedule my appointment. I called SIX times, only to be told, "we c that it's time for my oil change, I could not for the longest time get someone to schedule my appointment. I called SIX times, only to be told, "we can't help you, but someone will call you back." No one ever called back and it's taken me months to get my oil change scheduled. I called the Service Department just the other day and asked about my tire rotation as well, only to be told that I'd have to pay extra for that. When I asked her about asking a Manager about it, she told me, "I am sorry, I just do scheduling." Taking absolutely no responsibility for the call or the customer. She couldn't be bothered to even lie to me and tell me that she'd look into it. After attempting to reach out to VW of Puyallup via Text, online, and over the phone, I have been either completely ignored, or lied to. I am ashamed that I bought my German auto from this dealership. If my german Grandmother were alive, she'd be down there reading them the riot act. Absolutely disgraceful treatment of a customer. Unless they take responsibilty and fix this situation, I will never buy another auto from this dealership ever again, and I'll be sure to spread the word about how lousy they treat their customers. I came into this dealership looking for a Mini Cooper Clubroom, preferably dark (black, grey, midnight blue etc), but their salesman Jose, did everything possible to attempt to meet my demand, with showi Clubroom, preferably dark (black, grey, midnight blue etc), but their salesman Jose, did everything possible to attempt to meet my demand, with showing me the availability of mini coopers, other models that are similar that fit my color tastes. In the end after a couple of hours of hanging out, talking about options, and browsing up and down the lot; I was unable to get the car that i needed. On the other hand, the customer service i was provided and care was amazing. My daughter is turning sixteen soon, i wanted to get her a VW Bug, not quite the Herby style i saw they had showcasing, but a good looking, reliable Bug and I know my man Jose is gonna make sure it happens for my girl Roshina. We will be back in a few short months. He better not leave to Seattle or something cause this guy has skills. More
