We’ve been searching for a new car for about a month. We finally decided to move forward with a VW iD4. We live in Seattle so I was ready to just go to the closest dealer and make my new car dreams come true. My husband recommended we go to Puyallup before committing to anything. In my head the whole cars cost less in Puyallup was a conspiracy from the 90’s and thought “that ish isn’t real.” So I took my dogs on a walk and called the VW Puyallup dealership out of my husband’s line of sight. Roman answered my call and debunked my xx Puyallup conspiracy theories. We talked pricing, rebates, discounts, and the cherry on top was an xxxxxx karaoke anniversary party they were having today. I was so pissed, once again my husband was right and I had to claim defeat and drive to the moon to save me some money. It felt like they rolled out the red carpet for us. Roman was helping someone when we arrived, mind you it only took us 35 minutes to get there, so yes I was being quite dramatic before. The moon is much farther than that. So Jimmy started to help us. He pulled the car around and showed us all of the coolest features it had to offer. They made the process so smooth and we even got to listen to their very dapper manager sign some Otis Redding while we signed on the dotted line of the iPad. A huge thank you to everyone who helped us make our EV new car dream come true. We appreciate you. More

It isnt easy thinking that this could be our last car purchase as we head fully into retirement. Thank you for treating us like a top notch customer and helping us make a great choice. You really know what you are doing. As for the Tiguan, Im just getting acquainted with, Im sure it will be the right fit. And, thanks for offering to guide us through any additional information on the electronic devices such as Apple car play and such, if needed. Sold me a beautiful 2015 Lexus GS350 then their third party vendor scratched the paint, and they refused to fix it to a satisfactory level, so they traded us into a 2017 Dodge Durango the pride and joy o party vendor scratched the paint, and they refused to fix it to a satisfactory level, so they traded us into a 2017 Dodge Durango the pride and joy of the Previous owner so I was told, that vehicle has transmission issues and I have only had it 5 months the tranny went out at around 3 at 66000 miles, and they offered me 500 bucks to sign a document stating I would not talk about my experience with them and not write about it online, I told them to keep there bribe and set out to get it fixed myself, well two tranny shops later and now its at the dealership with a 8825.00 quote to fix it and that doesn't include the AC recharge because that runs off the transmission cooler. I also asked if they did a full service of the vehicle prior to selling it to me and they said they don't check the transmission! why would a dealership not check that? we did an oil change right away because it did not look like that had been done. I will not buy anything from Harnish Family of Dealerships and I don't recommend them to anyone else either. More
