RUDE!!!!!!! No respect for me or my money!!! This dealership is HORRIBLE, nice sales team but the manager Harry is so rude he doesn't care about anything except robbing your pockets. This dealership got me approved, (3) months later the finance manager Ray notifies me that I was never approved and I need to bring the vehicle back or they will call the law on me. All that time I've paid insurance on a car that wasnt even mine. I never was reimbursed for the insurance or for my down payment. At that same time I brought the car back I over hear that they sell a lot of bad cars, cars that put u down days later. I was speaking with a lady that purchased a Genesis, she was told that it was new but the truck will not close a dent was on the back bumper and they won't do anything about it. On top of that my fav sales person told me that the owner himself (Travis) I think was his name, he came and got a car and it put him down the exact same day. YOU CAN NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL ROB YOU AND LEAVE YOU FULL OF REGRETS. NOT ONLY WILL YOU BE FULL OF REGRETS BUT YOU WILL ALSO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE, PPEEAASSEE!!! More

My sales man told me I was approved and what my payment would be, put money down and signed all the paperwork and drove my new car home that day! Only for them to call me almost 2 weeks later and inform me my loan did not go through. I was blown away..... what do you mean.... I was told I was approved!!!!! Well evidently there is a form you sign that no one explains to you exactly what it means. Please read the bailment agreement form!!!!! This form is what allows them to send you out the door with a new car leaving them to finsh your approval from the banks and if your loan don't go through the car you thought was yours is no longer yours!!!! You have to renegotiate the loan, witch could mean higher payemts, higher interest or they can't do the loan at all. Please make sure you are really approved before you take possession of the car. More
