"Unscrupulous delaer makes false promises"
I have purchased over a dozen brand new or near new cars in my life and never once have I had to pay to have the car inspected. Imaging paying $35k for a certified XC60 Volvo suv and promised reimbursement for the $35 inspection fee. Never came. I left several messages for the salesman who assured me it would be taken care of, to no avail. It's a small sum of money, but it goes to credibility. Worse still, is we inquired if the car was previously owned by a smoker and were assure, "It's total creampuff. Never been smoked in". Four months later, turn on the A/C and the smell is unmistakable. From the hard sell tactics of the sales manager, to the broken promises, avoid this dealership at all costs.

We recently traveled 2 hours each way to Wellesley to look at a preowned Volvo S-80, and were very glad we did. From our initial contact with Alfonso Romano, it was a very positive experience. Barbara Goodman, our Sales Consultant, is very knowledgeable and extremely enjoyable to work with. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle, but we did. It was just as advertised and exactly what we had been looking for. Steve Page is equally as knowledgeable. He reviewed the various programs we might be interested in, but again there was no pressure to purchase anything additional. We really liked the no pretense, no pressure attitude of the dealership and would definitely return. The car was delivered to us in NH within the week.

The experience was direct, honest, informed and easy. Great experience. Sales person was not pushy but direct and forthcoming. His product knowledge was impressive too.
