Recommending the service center is a maybe. Although the work appears to be good attention to detail is problematic. I never saw the part removed which is concerning. When the bearing issue was described to me I asked about a warranty that was a part of the original purchase agreement with W&L Subaru. They did not locate their copy of the warranty so I had to locate our hard copy and read the contract details to them. Finally, days later, the existence of the warranty was acknowledged. I really appreciated the loaner to enable my Crosstrek to have the system update done. Good communication, loaner was ready for to go and easy drop off when I returned it.
