I had made an appointment ahead of time, on a Saturday. I took my car in a few minutes early, but the service rep said it could take a couple of hours. I said I would wait in the service lounge. After 2 hour took my car in a few minutes early, but the service rep said it could take a couple of hours. I said I would wait in the service lounge.
