Part 2 of my review on Wallace Nissan !!! The rest of my experience in purchasing my Nissan Rogue!!! After I find where my car is ( after they supposedly fixed it!) I was pissed off at how they don’t even acknowledge me when I picked up the Rogue!!! Still CRICKETS!!! I’ve never experienced this kind of xx ever when buying a car!!! It’s made me feel sick to my stomach!!! They are the Phoniest bunch of people I’ve ever dealt with ( and Never again!!) !!! Upon picking up the car and seeing nothing was done right ( an added crack in the front bumper ) or at all I Sat outside in my car wondering if I should go back in and let each and everyone of them have it !!! I had to just leave and collect my thoughts and figure out what to do??? So I went on line and I’ve discovered that this is how the Wallace Group treats their customers and it’s not right!!! As for the smell of smoke in the car I’m having to pay to get it out with at least 3-4 treatments and it’s not cheap!!!! My last car I bought was from a smoker and it never had that smell in it !!! Every dealership I've ever purchased a vehicle from treated their customers right!!! They’d call and make sure everything was going good with no problems! and if there was something wrong they’d make arrangements for a car if it was going to take longer then one day!!! !! NOT the WALLACE DEALERSHIP !!! NOTHING!! CRICKETS The sales man was well aware of my back surgery and that I was extremely nervous about the surgery!!!! His words were all lies and then the arrogant manager with his game playing and his condescending remarks that he was going to pray for my surgery ( xx) he couldn’t Acknowledge me when I came in !! All heads where facing down with the don’t look at her and she’ll go away!!! I’m completely disgusted with this place and I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE EVER TO DEAL WITH ANY OF THE WALLACE DEALERSHIP’S !!! When I got home from the Hospital several neighbors commented on the Rogue and how I liked it and I told them straight up!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! and STAY AWAY FROM ANY WALLACE DEALERSHIP’s Their customers don’t mean anything!!! They will lie straight to your face and then hide when they screw you!!!! and I’m going to go on each and every sight I can to warn people!!! Drive that extra mile if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle!!!! Because The Wallace Group and their employees will screw you and not think twice about you once you sign the last paper!!! They haven’t heard the last of me!!! I don’t even trust that they checked the brakes, did an oil change or just checked it etc!!! Now that im home and recovering from my surgery I have All the time in the World 🌍 to warn people!!! My First part is writing this ! Next talking to some friends at channel CBS 12 and a letter to the Editor!! The News reporters Love juicy stories like this!!!

Thank you for getting back with me ! I would like nothing more then to get this car fixed right etc!!! I will NOT deal with several people at the Nissan dealership! Barry Brown ( sales that sold me the car) He promised the moon and then Lied straight to my face about fixing everything and then I couldn’t even get him to answer my message etc!!! I’ve never heard from him since the morning of the 17th at between 9-10 am when I dropped off my car!!! Barry also tried to say that I did something to the car!!! It made me feel so sick that accusation was ever made!!! I WOULD NEVER EVER DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT!!! I have insurance and if I damaged the car I would have taken care of it!!! Next I don’t want to ever deal with Christopher Falzone again!!! I don’t like being spoken to with a condescending tone and arrogance!!! Also I’m not happy with Dane Armas he handed me the keys to my missing car that they had for 3 days acting like they fixed it when they had done nothing to fix my car and God knows what else they didn’t do !!! This has completely ruined my experience, purchasing a vehicle ever again, and the audacity of them to play me for a fool is unbelievable, and no customer should ever be treated this way in any business!!! I’m a retired Florist and EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT CAME THROUGH MY FRONT DOOR WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT and IT DIDN’T MATTER HOW MUCH THEY SPENT THEY WHERE MY CUSTOMER!!! When ever there was a problem I never hesitated to fix it!!! Some people don’t get it!!! If you have no customers because of employees like this you will have no income!!!! I just got out of the hospital on Sunday after being in there for a week from having back surgery and I’m not able to drive till I get the alls clear with my Dr.s! I’m hoping to be able to get this matter taken care of and my car will be fixed the right way!!! Thank you

I would like to add something! The Gentleman in the service department was the only employee that didn’t lie to me! He came out and looked at it and told me that both front and back bumpers need to be replaced because the teeth that hold it together where broken ( I know that’s true I looked it up after!) So I’d like to thank him for being honest!! I didn’t get his name ! ( very tall dark haired with a goatee and mustache!) Again Thank you for your help!

I’m happy to report that Mr. McClelland your General Manager at Wallace Nissan was absolutely helpful and had everything taken care of with my Nissan Rogue!!! He said he’d make everything right and he did!!! My car looks awesome and I’m so very happy with the outcome!!! I will definitely recommend Wallace Nissan and.Phil McClelland!!! and I look forward too working with Phil when I’m ready for my next purchase in the future!!! I’m giving them a 5 star review now!!!
