Bought a used jeep grand cherokee on July 1st, within 2 days the dashlights lite up, with multiple warning. Called on the 3rd day saying I want to return it, it was within the 3 day 300 mile return policy. days the dashlights lite up, with multiple warning. Well, no one got back to me, saying my call voicemail got routed to service, then using the excuse of the following day being the 4th of July. So they said I was put of luck. So we had made a service appointment, of course they can't get us in until the 22nd. We wait and decide to use your other option of a trade for the purchase price. We bring it too service and they find it has a bad camshaft and needs to be replaced, but of course the part is on back order. So now we've had the car 3 weeks 1 of which it has been sitting in service. Trying to move ahead with getting a different vehicle your salesman made some insulting comments too me. Finally again maybe finding a trade option but mind you only a few days left too decide, fiund one that might work but was told that vehicle was unable too be viewed because it was at the reconditioning center. Knowing that this was a ploy too not let us do what your policy states we are just letting them fix our original car and NEVER doing business with walser again!! More

Dealer always take forever to solve an issue. They offer no flexibility when it comes to have a loaner or rental if your car takes more than a couple of weeks to get fixed. The service department is always backed up, even for emergency or any appointments you will have to plan 3-4 weeks ahead of time and don’t mind about dropping the car it will be sitting on their parking lot until you call a remind them that you are waiting for it. Worst experience ever, waiting to have the change and change my jeep for anything else to start away from Walser Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. More

Sales person and customer service was okay but didn't explain the Walser Way of pricing. Looking at a used Jeep and comparing it to KBB value, it was way overpriced. My bank agreed and said the dealer v explain the Walser Way of pricing. Looking at a used Jeep and comparing it to KBB value, it was way overpriced. My bank agreed and said the dealer valued it at 115% of JD Power value, and they had never seen another dealer with such high pricing. The Walser way won't let the sales manager Jared lower the price, so take your business elsewhere!!! More
