Very disappointed in service department. They messed up by not being thorough in using our service contract even though the policy number and phone number was given to them. They then wanted to charge us for all the work and parts and tried to make it look like we didn't know what we were talking about. Service manager never returned our calls. Ended up needing to involve the general manager, Erika, to get anyone to check into what was going on. Took over a week to get it all straightened out. Big waste of time and energy More
