I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took over 2 1/2 hours and it was clear that items they checked off on the checklist weren't done. For example, the windshield wiper fluid was almost empty when I went to the store and remained empty, even though the checklist had said they checked all the fluids and topped them off. So it makes me wonder if the tire rotation was even done. More
We bought our car one year ago, and have had to bring it in for service 3 times. In December the service department changed our brake pads due to squeaking. The service manager was not only unwilling to make it right, but was rude and condescending to both my husband and me. Blaming and yelling at the customer is not how I want to be treated. Very disappointing. More
