I was in the market for a new Honda Accord and decided to shop Walsh Honda and other area dealers. I found just the car I was interested in on their website and decided to ask for a quote. Once arriving at the dealership to close out the deal I was greeted by a very friendly and energetic face by the name of Jennifer Miller. Ms. Miller was such a joy, she offered me not one, but two test-drives to assure I liked the vehicle as well as explaining the car in detail. Both Mrs. Waits and Ms. Miller were amazing!! Failed battery and maintenance review My 2017 CRV would not start after 2 years and 10 months of ownership. After getting it jump started I took it to Walsh Honda to get it checked out. Th My 2017 CRV would not start after 2 years and 10 months of ownership. After getting it jump started I took it to Walsh Honda to get it checked out. The diagnosis was a failed battery so Walsh replaced it free of charge as it was still covered under the 3 yr 36,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty. I also had the maintenance light come on a few days before my battery failed with A 7 code. The A code was for oil and filter change which was done without charge and the 7 was for replacing the brake fluid. All the work was done in about one and a half hours and the car starts and runs great. All prior maintenance work has been done at Walsh Honda and it runs very well. Good work Walsh Honda! More
