We know that this is the not the resolution you were hoping for, but you have our promise that once the part becomes available by LKQ the supplier we will repair your vehicle promptly. The automotive industry is dealing with unprecedented shortages across the board and we are navigating these issues the best we can. Your vehicle is in the exact same condition as it was when you last dropped it off three weeks ago since we were not able to conduct repairs without replacement parts for the transmission.
