Hi Misty, I can understand your frustration and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. They delay with servicing your smart car was due to the fact we had to order you new parts for the car and that did take a bit longer that we had hoped. With your particular repairs our policy is really to only pay for one day's rental but we tried to make this as easy for you as we could so we actually paid three days' worth above our current policy. In the future you may want to try your local Mercedes-Benz dealer so they could shuttle you home instead of using a rental. Again, I am very sorry for the 1 day rental fee.
