From the first day I met with Justin Wiedemen I felt a trust that I haven’t felt with any other service rep. I had taken my C250 to my local repair shop after my car sat practically unused for 2 years trust that I haven’t felt with any other service rep. I had taken my C250 to my local repair shop after my car sat practically unused for 2 years. I paid so much for service and I wasn’t comfortable driving my car. I decided to go to a Mercedes dealership and was lucky to have Justin assist me. He has always explained in detail what my car needed and what I could wait on until my next maintenance was due. Justin is always responsive and keeps me informed on what is being worked on and how long I will have to wait for my car.
