He also was very courteous to my elderly mother which she appreciated. Would recommend this service center and especially Mr. Rotter to anyone. More

Gary Gavin the service manager met me at the desk with a smile and helped me out. He was courteous and reassuring. I felt like I knew him for years. As I sat there I watched and witnessed a service department that was dedicated to their customers. They even helped a woman with a small child out to her car. They really do care about the customer. Every customer was treated like " they mattered". Gary Gavin and Craig Rotter are employees anyone would be happy to have. They care, work hard, respectful and kind! My entire experience was great! Bravo to Gary and Craig! More

Top Notch Service Everytime Scheduled my service appointment for my CX-5 on a Saturday. I work Saturdays and Craig Rotter my service agent was able to get me a loaner car. He arr Scheduled my service appointment for my CX-5 on a Saturday. I work Saturdays and Craig Rotter my service agent was able to get me a loaner car. He arranged for a Friday afternoon drop off and had my loaner car ready to go. He called me Saturday to let me know my car was done. I picked up my CX-5 ,dropped off my loaner and was on my way. On Monday I got a call from Gary Gavin letting me know I had left my handicap permit in the loaner. No doubt saving me from a headache and ticket since I hadnt realized.
