I did my research for two weeks and decided to finalize my quest for a pre-owned Infiniti at Warren Henry. I live in West Palm Beach, about an hour away, and decided to make the trip to Miami. I am astonished by the professionalism and courtesy of every single person I ran into at the dealership, from the initial contact over the phone, to the gentleman who showed me the vehicles, to the terrific finance department. The financing surpassed my expectations as well. They were able to get me a better rate than I ever expected to get and when everything was finalized, I was out the door in less than 30. The most important quality of the staff is their sincerity and genuine care for all the clients that I observed were coming in.
