Can I give a zero rating. They took my order for a 392 Scat Pack Widebody Charger Plum Crazy color in Sept 2022. Car was actually ordered in October per my salesman with a $ They took my order for a 392 Scat Pack Widebody Charger Plum Crazy color in Sept 2022. Car was actually ordered in October per my salesman with a $10,000 over asking agreed upon. Checked back each month and everything was just fine with the order. Then in February 2023 they mysteriously could not find my order. At that time I spoke to the manager there and he said so sorry but at that point there was nothing they could do because they could not order anymore. So then I went to another dealer and found the same car but not in the color I had ordered and really wanted. Then on Aug 28th they suddenly sent me a picture of the car I had originally ordered via text asking me I was still interested in taking the car I built and ordered. What kind of shaddy stuff is that. My true belief is that in Feb they had a buddy of someone higher up that wanted that car and just told me that they lost the order. Now it has come in and that person no longer wanted it so they come back to me. I think they should be charged with fraud. I am currently looking to see if I kept all my information from all those months so I can sue them for fraud. More

Don’t trust all the 5 star reviews. I would give it zero or negative stars if possible. I recently moved here and thought I could switch dealers from Arlington. After almost $2k and l I would give it zero or negative stars if possible. I recently moved here and thought I could switch dealers from Arlington. After almost $2k and less than 30 miles as an extra vehicle, the engine came on for the THIRD time! We negotiated the second visit because we literally turned it around after one drive back to service center. The third time they spewed the same lines basically blaming us like they did their job correctly. Same codes every single time after 2 k parts! My car won’t go to waxahachie dodge nor will I ever recommend or buy a dodge again especially after this place. My car is in Arlington with service I can depend on not blowing smoke up my rear and stealing more money! More
