The service dept. at Shaffer Hyundai, Mitsubishi is wonderful. Jennifer in service is friendly, knowledgeable, and cares about the customer. Jennifer has told me what's needed for my car and if something isn't needed like a front end alignment, it won't be done.

Order part on a Saturday Paid by check. Set up appointment on Monday Part not needed and not ordered. Vehicle fixed. Dealer cashed check . It cleared my bank. Manager not available to OK my refund. Secretary would not issue refund for non.-ordered part for 10 days.
