Arrived on time, told to wait by my car in the service bay area. After 20 minutes, an older gentleman came to say they were ready for me. Told to wait by an empty desk. The service department and manager do everything they can to not take responsibility for their technicians mistakes. Everything comes down to "well, you signed the document" so make sure to look over your ca to not take responsibility for their technicians mistakes. Currently in the process of purchasing a vehicle FORD SHELBY GT350. Sales guy its pretty good Mike Collins, however Finance Managers are Rude.. It was like he didnt wanted to provide or assist in anyway with wire instructions. I would definitely avoid dealing with this guy. Hope other dont run into such unpleasant way of conducting business. My 2nd time buying a car from Weiss Toyota and both times were 5-star experiences. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I suddenly found myself needing a new car. All dealerships were struggling with having n were 5-star experiences. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I suddenly found myself needing a new car. All dealerships were struggling with having new cars on their lots due to the computer chip shortage. However, there was a decent amount of pre-owned cars to choose from on the Weiss Toyota lot if I wasn't overly picky about the color which I wasn’t. Harry N. was able to assist me in finding a pre-owned vehicle that would meet my high expectations. Harry was very professional and exceedingly polite. He took his time to answer all of my questions and I never once felt pressured or rushed. All in all, he made the entire process go very smoothly and I'm happy with my purchase feeling I got a good car at a good rate. Harry also went out of his way to contact me multiple times after the sale to check on how I was doing and was able to answer all the follow-up questions I had regarding some features on the car I was not familiar with. I also would like to give a HUGE shout-out to the folks in the Service Department who helped me maintain my original 2011 Corolla in top mechanical shape over the years. In particular, Prinz who treated my car as though it was his own, Prinz always advised me of rebates, coupons, recalls, and multiple other ways he could in order to help save me money. Any mechanical work I had done at Weiss Toyota was always done right the first time and I feel was done at a fair price, Thanks primarily to the courtesy & professionalism of both Harry & Prinz, I highly recommend Weiss Toyota to anyone in the market for a great car purchasing experience.
