I came in on a Saturday with no appointment - my windshield wiper had shredded (on a new car), however it was not under warranty. When I pulled out my wallet to pay, Bob said “on the house.” This is not the first time I have been to them and they are a fantastic service department!
I"m a snowbird & returned to an 88 degree day in Needham, Ma. only to find that my air conditioner was not working. We were leaving for the weekend to visit our children in 2 days. I called Wellesley Toyoto & spoke to Matt at 4:00 PM & he told me to come right in. He fit me in & refilled & checked the air conditioner while I waited until it was fixed. I have been dealing with Wellesley Toyoto for over 20 years and there service dept. has always been very accomodating.
I've been getting my 4Runner serviced at this dealership for about 4 years and have had great experiences.
The service team is always friendly and have a firm understanding of what each service entails. They are clear about what parts are deteriorating and give fair estimates of when to replace each part by.
My car is under warranty and they were proactive in fixing some issues that were covered, offering me a rental car for the day to address the problem.
Our family first bought a new Toyota Previa from Wellesley Toyota in 1992 after comparison shopping at many dealerships. After 200,000 very reliable miles, we bought another! Now, when it’s time to buy, we just call Wellesley Toyota because of the phenomenal Service department. We know our Wellesley Toyota vehicles (our family history count is now seven) will be perfectly and honestly cared for. Every single time!

Each transaction was pleasant and professional however it is the service department that has made me a fan of this organization. I went in for service and it took more than twice as long as they estimated -- 7 hours instead of the 3 they promised -- and no one even bothered to call me to tell me there was a delay. No apology. No compensation. Their excuse was overbooking. And I missed an important meeting because of their total lack of accountability and consideration.
Don't waste your money with this dealership!

It is definitely standard procedure for us to let every customer know what the expected completion time will be when you drop your car off and if there are any delays we contact customers right away. Please do not have your car serviced here. I brought mine in for routine service. I was left with a damaged car and a denial by them of any responsibility. Please do not get work done here. It is not worth the risk.
We are sorry that you feel we caused damage to your Camry. We were very concerned about your issue when you told us about it and James Wright, our Assistant Service Manager, retraced the steps the vehicle had taken while it was here with you. At no point was there anything that the vehicle could have contacted blunt enough to have caused the dent that you indicated. If a scrape or a scratch does happen to a vehicle while in our care, we inform the customer and repair the vehicle immediately at our expense.
One of the founding principles of Wellesley Toyota is to earn the trust and respect of our customers every day. If we are at fault for an issue, we are honest about it and resolve it.
