I had to call after 3 months to see if the part you needed to order had come in. You should have called when it arrived and didn't. Then you scheduled an appointment which you then cancelled and delaye needed to order had come in. You should have called when it arrived and didn't. It's now back ordered, another 5-6 week delay. More
