Capital City Hyundai is the only Hyundai in Tallahassee, so it's not possible to compare it with another Hyundai dealership. I haven't been completely satisfied with the service dept. because they push unn so it's not possible to compare it with another Hyundai dealership. I have been very impressed with the quality of Hyundai cars, the prices, and the 5 year warranty. I'm concerned that Hyundai is attempting to now produce too many different models. Chris Anderson is the one who actually sold Rick his car and he was very knowledgable and helpful in the process. He is very good at his job. We never felt any pressure from anyone at City Hyundai. I have taken my car for oil changes and been very pleased with how quickly they do the job and send me on my way. I also want to mention DeShauna (the finance person). She was very helpful with Rick and I and got us a wonderful deal on his car. She is an asset to your company and she needs to be recognized.
