I took my Jeep in to have them check out a slow leak on one of my tires. After 15 minutes, they came out to tell me the tire had a nail in the inner sidewall and it could not be patched. They said I would need to pay $180 to replace the tire. I then took the Jeep to Mavis, who showed me where the nail was located and they easily patched the tire on the flat surface of the tire and they could not think of a reason why Jeep would have told me they couldn't fix it besides an excuse to make money. I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealership and will never return/nor recommend it to anyone. Mavis however, has earned my respect and repeat service through their honesty and quick service.
A few weeks prior to this issue, I scheduled an appointment with one of the managers through a contact person. She repeatedly confirmed the appointment with me. I showed up and the manager had no idea I was coming in and when I explained that I was supposed to have my Jeep appraised, he ignored my request and simply took a few pictures of the Jeep resulting in no follow-up and a complete waste of my time. This dealer will call you 5 times a day to get you in and then once they realize that they cannot profit easily from you, turn you away like you are wasting their time.
