Walking into West Herr as a 22 year-old girl, I was expected to be ignored, as I was at most dealerships. Immediately upon walking into West Herr Ford of Amherst, I was greeted by the General Manager, Ryan Garrigan. He set me up with Chuck Salzwimmer, who showed me the car I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of the questions that I had, no matter how specific they were. At no point during the entire process did I feel pressured or annoyed. I knew that buying my car was my choice to make, and when I was ready to buy, Chuck and Ryan were there to help me. I was dead-set on a black 2010 Mariner Premier, but none were available in this area. They found exactly the car I wanted hundreds of miles away, and sent someone to Michigan to get it for me. Chuck truly loves what he does, and is great at being non-evasive, but extremely helpful.
