This Dealership cannot get its management under control and in doing so place responsibility on someone else on 4 separate occasions and completely screwed us out of an expensive parts rebate. We naively believed they would take care of it as the repeatedly said, each time promising to call later, never did, and then saying it was done and would take up to 60 days and here we are five months later and then telling us it's not their problem. It's RIDICULOUS. Thanks for screwing us out of money just in time for Christmas as of having disabled children wasnt hard enough and how tough times are for everyone you can't even do your 9-5 job. You should be ashamed and anyone reading this should understand business with them always need multiple ways to validate the truth because, they operate with lies and deception because, it's always just given to whoever and put off and never taken care of. I certainly wouldn't trust them with thousands of dollar purchases. More
