West Hills Kia - Service Center

From those working in the maintenance department to the finance people, all are great to work with! They are friendly and very customer service oriented.

I bought my 4th Kia today. Went in for service on my car. While waiting I looked at new cars. Drew came and showed me new Souls and Seltos. He is very knowledgeable and professional. My garage is small and needs a car that fits. He drove me to my home to see if the Seltos fit. It did ! Drew was so helpful and I felt very comfortable working with him. I absolutely recommend West Hills Kia and Drew Kohlbeck !

Absolutely awful. Forgot to put my drain plug back and fried my engine. and are handling the situation quite poorly. Will never be coming back.

Wow, The West Hills Kia Service Center went above and beyond and made sure to have my tire in stock and really gave white glove service and i also noticed that other customer's were also being treated with extraordinary service. I am glad to see that West Hills Kia has improved their service and are back to being a customer oriented team. Back to a five star relting for great customer service and attention to detail by all of the staff.

The service department is very acute and knowledgeable to your problems. Timely responses and the service people make it the least painful. This can't be said of the sales department. Very pushy and not willing to negotiate. I walked out on the salesman and sales manager two months go despite their determination to sell vehicle with little regard to buyer. Once again, love the service department personnel. Courteous and thoughtful thru the entire process. Truc Nguyen had a constant smile and excellent attitude.

Came in for service, but really needed a new car. I was greeted immediately when I drove up by a lovely young woman. Chris helped me get checked in and had Theresa introduce me to the sales staff. We’ve had a very difficult year and my husband has become quite disabled and needs a walker or wheelchair full-time. He also is a big guy. Mike Jones became our angel and guided us to a new Sportage that meets our new transportation needs. Managing staff helped with financing we can manage and Joyce at Allstate provided excellent insurance coverage for both the new car and our home. This was not our “first rodeo” with car purchasing, but has been the most kind and caring experience we have ever had. Mike even followed me back home to get my husband’s signature on the paperwork. He was able to get into the new car from his walker ON HIS OWN and had leg room to stretch out and head room to spare! What a joy and relief! Thank you to our angel, Mike, and the team.

Great people to deal with. For the price of the vehicle a few free accessories offered would have been nice and a couple free car washes. :)

This is my second Kia Soul, and I love the new features in my Plus model. My sales associate was great, and fun to spend time with. He walked me through the purchase process every step of the way, and I got exactly what I was hoping for with the new deal. West Hills Kia is my go-to Dealership from here on out!

In an age when "Customer Service" is a thing of the past, you folks have upted that and will be a 'hard act to follow' as I continue my travels. My main guy was Matt in your service department. A true professional in every sense of the word. I read the reviews on the other West Hills KIA site, and agree 100%. He explained details to the 'inth' degree, answered all questions even some I did not know to ask, and when more time was needed to complete the job, he personally called every day with an update. I am the satisfied owner of a 2004 KIA Sorento which I bought new in New Mexico. I travel a lot and your dealership, especially your Service Department, is the BEST I have encountered. A premier service organization! Your skilled mechanic has breathed new life into my KIA. If I could give 10 stars to all, I would. Thank You! Rosi Rodriguez
