I purchased my Jeep Compass from Westbury Jeep in November 2020 upon viewing the vehicle I notice a defect in the screen of the stereo but I was told it wasn’t an issue and the service department would repair it. The day after my purchase Westbury service department contacted me to schedule the car repair. I informed the representative that I found another minor issue and the vanity light in the vehicle wasn't working and AGAIN told this isn’t an issue and can be fixed. So I brought the car in a few days later for the repairs. When I dropped the car off I was told the repairs would take a “A FEW DAYS” and I was given a courtesy car. 2 weeks later I got a call “my car was ready”. I arrived the next day to pick up the car and to my surprise when I opened the car door I notice the radio screen was NOT repaired. I asked what happened but no one had a clear answer why the stereo wasn’t repaired and just asked to take back the courtesy car. I was told they would find out why the repair wasn’t done. I still don’t have an answer why the repairs were done but they kept my car for another 3 weeks!!! I called my service advisor multiple times to ask what was going on & it was always the run around or even worse he stopped taking my calls. I had to go on the Westbury jeep service website to track down managers and etc to find out what was happening! Once I sent an email I conveniently received a call from a “service manager” and he seemed genuinely concerned. He told me he was going to look into everything and get back to me right away. All the sudden my car was ready for pick up. The service manager I spoke to seemed eager to resolve everything, I was even promised to be reimbursed for a months car note for the inconvenience but guess what! I sent the paperwork needed for that reimbursement & I haven’t heard back from him or ANYONE from Westbury Jeep. A few days turned into “35 days, YES 35 days the service dept had my car!!!! Btw another customer “wished me good luck as he was waiting to pick-up his car & I was waiting for my courtesy car”. I asked why he was wishing me good luck and he said because this place is the worst! I guess now I know! THE JEEP VIP PROGRAM IS COMPLETE BS!!!! -DANIELLE

Took my car in for oil change. Westbury Jeep Chrysler stripped my oil drain plug during the oil change causing oil to leak on my driveway . Originally promised by Yvonne and to have car towed in and repaired. Tim Doyle got involved and refused to repair it. He claimed that it was normal wear and tear and they were not responsible. I also have a Lifetime maxi care warranty that was sold to me by Westbury Jeep Chrysler. They are now not honoring the warranty

"BUYER BEWARE"

Their service department will charge you and then do none of the work they claim they do. They will ignore your phone calls/emails, lie about what work needs to be done, and then lie about doing the work. They are overpriced, and do not even know what they are doing. Do not be fooled by their sales pitch, if you visit ANY other service center and you will receive superior work, superior customer service, and a FAIR price, as well as confidence that the job was done right.

last night i was disappointed with my most recent experience. let me say, that once again, they stepped right in to make the situation right for me. first thing this morning Angela called me and set the wheels in motion to make the situation right. My experience with westbury and angela is they really do care about making a challenging situation right for their customer. that is the main reason i continue to use their service department, even though i live oh-so-close to bayside. it is a comfort knowing that angela is there to help and make things better and right. highly recommend giving their customer service team an opportunity to make any situation better.

"Very poor customer service"

Westbury Jeep Service center is the worst. I brought in my Grand Caravan for them to fix my low tore pressure indication. They told me that 3 of the 4 sensors were bad and needed to be replaced. I picked up the car and drove less than 2 miles the tire pressure light came on again. I brought it back to them and this time it was going to cost me another $1100 before taxes. After I already spent over $600 For the first non fix. I thought they knew how to fix their cars. I thought they were trustworthy. I thought they would take care of their customers. I was wrong. Next time I will take my car to my local trustworthy mechanic.

"Horrible Customer Service"

The service department is HORRIBLE!!! I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler soft top that leaked when we had that bad rain last Friday. I called they couldn’t find my info because they had my account under the wrong name. I had about 2 inches of water in my car and they told me I had to wait for over a month for an appt for an inspection with the water leak specialist. So I’m driving around with water in my car and it smells. I left a message for the manager to call me, a week later no call!! Not to mention this happened 2 years ago when I got the car. Today it’s raining and I have water in my car again. I won’t even waste my time calling them. Worst worst worst service ever!!! Can’t wait to give back my car and be done with them.

"Rip Off"

Was told i needed brakes and that car was unsafe to drive. Pads cut right through rotors. Well i went to a Mechanic the next day and watched him remove tires and not one pad had cut through. I was given a quote of over $3500 to repair a car with a trade in value of $1200. How stupid. Anyway i ordered all the parts that i needed per Kelly L in service and it came to a whopping $98.00.
