This shop has restored my loyalty to Nissan. We’ve had a lot of trouble with her 2015 Rogue. The navigation system is screwed up and the keys seem to keep going bad. We were going to the Nissan dealership in Pembroke Pines and spending thousands of dollars with no resolution to the problem. I happen to drive by this Nissan dealership in Weston and stopped in. I asked for the manager explained the situation and my past experience. He looked at my car looked up information and told me there is a known problem with the car and that Nissan is absorbing some of the cost to repair it. And because I had paid full price at the other dealership and was not told that it was a known problem and was not told that Nissan was paying for part of the issue he fixed my vehicle without charging me labor. All I needed to do was pay for parts. We will not shop at any other dealership going forward. And we are now at the point where all three drivers in our household will be needing new cars soon. And a fourth driver is just a year away from being behind the wheel. More
This was my first visit to Weston Nissan and was very impressed with the professionalism of their staff. They were so nice and polite. Service was fast and great.
