"Service Department is not very helpful. "

Mazda CustomerCare was much more helpful than the dealership in resolving the problem with my car. Working with Jeff was painful. Issue was finallly resolved but took months and many phone calls.

"The worst service"

Will not make service appointments after 2pm. I am out of their 20mile radius to get a "courtesy ride". Will not honor what was promised at time of purchase in regards to warranty. I had to call 4 times because no one will call you back even when promised.

I have been a customer of this dealership since 1983,buying every car I have ever owned from them. I won’t bring my car to anyone else except the service department at Whailing City because I know that I can trust them do do whatever needs to be done .Everyone that I have ever encountered there,whether in sales but especially in the service department has been friendly,courteous and professional..When asked why don’t I ventured out to other dealerships to buy a vehicle or to get my car fixed,my answer is always the same, “ Why would go anywhere else?

Service Manager (Mark) was friendly, helpful and professional. Work was done promptly as promised, including resolution of a problem with my backup camera. Also spoke with my salesman ( Dan Burden) and Sales Manager (Darnell Williams) regarding an issue with my original GPS system. Both were responsive and resolved my issue.
