The service writer knew I was waiting but rather than come and get me when they were done he sent me a text message which I didn’t get until I got home 2 1/2 hours later. I waited over 2 hours for a 1 h come and get me when they were done he sent me a text message which I didn’t get until I got home 2 1/2 hours later. I waited over 2 hours for a 1 hour service because I didn’t know they were done. Also the driver’s side sun visor makes a loud noise anytime it is moved. The service writer said there was nothing they could do about that. If you can’t fix it I expect you will replace the visor. More

NOTE: If you are buying the new Onyx XT and previously owned an Outback LTD, the stereo is horrible. I upgraded my speaker system ($994) and that did the trick. Subaru really blew it re: the stereo system. A fully loaded high end Outback should come with a GREAT stereo! Outside of that this fully loaded XT is amazing! Wait till you feel the power of the turbo. No more counting to ten when trying to merge on the freeway! Contrary to Consumer Reports, the navigation etc. is very intuitive! I am an old guy and had ZERO issues! More
