Quick text drive, negotiation and signing all of the necessary paperwork took under two hours. In fact the delay (if you want to call it that) was attempting to get my license plate off the car. I'd attached it in 2007 and the bolts hadn't been touched since. With COVID restrictions we did everything under a tent in the parking lot, which in the deluge of rain that occurred the entire time made the experience even more memorable. More

Had a great experience getting my 2016 Tacoma serviced under an extended warranty to fix my AC. TJ the service manager checked out the warranty at my request before coming and communicated well giving me under an extended warranty to fix my AC. Dana the service advisor kept me up to date and worked to get the repair covered. The $1125 repair was all covered except for the $100 deductible. They also reprogrammed the TPMS system at the price quoted ($54) and did a Toyota warranty inspection of the frame at no charge. Thanks TJ & Dana! More
