I was in back in late August/early September, with no appointment, in a mad dash to purchase a new vehicle as mine had just been totaled and I had a insurance-provided rental vehicle for only another 72 hours. Like I mentioned, I walked in with no appointment to test drive a vehicle I saw on cargurus.com, I worked with a Mr. Matt Holland, who had the utmost patience with me. The vehicle I test drove was in perfect condition, and when mentioning other vehicles to test drive across town, Wholesale had them on their lot, and Matt was more than happy to let me test drive them as well. Matt was straightforward with me about his opinions of the vehicles I test drove, he was forthcoming about the pros and the cons about vehicles I test drove, and at no point did I feel like I was being pressured to buy anything. It felt like I could decide to leave at any time and it would have been no big deal. After settling on a vehicle to haggle numbers over Matt made sure I was within the monthly payment range I was comfortable with, worked with me about financing, and worked around the uncertainties/lack of concrete financial information caused by a lack of information from my insurance provider at the time. If I'm ever in need of a new vehicle, and hopefully that's no time soon, I am pretty sure I'm coming back to Wholesale Inc of Mt. Juliet, and I'd recommend anyone reading this review to go there too, I don't think you'll be disappointed. More
