"Service department is unresponsive"

I purchased a new 2018 Denali Sierra truck about 4 weeks ago. During the test drive I noticed the satellite radio frequently had reception problems. The salesman, Vince Taylor, assured me that the issue would be fixed. I felt confident about that statement because I had the same issue with my King Ranch F150 and Planet Ford on 45 immediately fixed the problem. So I purchased the Denali truck that day. When I returned 1 1/2 weeks later the service department were completely clueless and to this date have continued to give me excuses and the run around. Basically, I have been told to live with it. My advice to anyone thinking of doing business with this dealership is to Run don't walk from Wisner Buick GMC dealership.

"Worst service rep has ever had in 10 plus yrs"

My name is Mark Sapien ,Had appt to get oil chg and tire repair , was told by Bill Marquis / Jon Scott weisner it would take 1 1/2 hrs so I waited and at 3 1/2 hrs was finally able to leave with my vehicle ,the attitude of Scott weisner was deplorable ,he got in my face and stood within 1ft or less while finally checking out this was the worst customer svc ever received by your dealership. We have purchased at least 3 veh through through your dealership and has all of them svc there throughout our contracts.

"Terrible service department"

This dealership has the worst customer service department that I have ever dealt with. I have a bumper to bumper warranty, but I can't get an appointment because they won't call me back. I have left multiple message for the service manager Ronnie and no reply. I even spoke with the general manager Terry Hatfield and after telling me he would look into it he now won't call me back after leaving multiple messages. Do not buy a car from these guys if you ever want it serviced.

"Bad service "

Took my Buick enclave to have some repairs done decided that I may want to trade it in and after two phone calls I still could not get an appraised value on the vehicle so I had the repairs done they tried to charge me for things that did not need to be fixed then when I went to pay the cashier was very rude in telling me that they didd not accept checks over $200. ( they don't mind taking a down payment check over $200) after many years of buying cars and loyalty to their service dept I'm done.

Exceptional service. Very devoted to go above and beyond in order to get the job done. Communicates very well. Very impressed!! Excellent work!! Thanks Mr. Teer.I was a satisfied customer! I had an issue dealing with a used GMC truck that was sold by another dealership nearby. We were sent to Wiesner GMC service unanounced. Mr. Teer was not informed by the other dealership about the problems to be serviced. Mr. Teer made all the arrangements necessary in order to get the truck in safe condition for my daughter to drive. We were serviced very quickly.

"Timely repairs"

I went in for routine maintenance. My vehicle had a few recall notices. The wait time would have been longer than I could have stood for so a courtesy car ( which was relatively brand new) was loaned to me during the interim. I was told to expect my car to be ready the following day but I got a call late in the afternoon that the work had been done and it was ready for pick up.
