I always recommend David. He provides his cell phone and promptly responds to let me know his schedule on when to bring in my 2018 RAV4. He's courteous, knowledgeable, and knows that I am VERY fussy. My RAV4 only has 20K miles. I leased it and ordered it with the intention of buying it. My first least and only SUV I've ever had. Love the vehicle and love dealing with him. Wilde is lucky to have him. When I go for service, there's usually a line waiting to see him which tells me volumes on how efficient and good he is. Don't lose him! More

David Olguin is great ! I was told I need to fix the rear brakes. David had the technician double check the brakes. Turned out the brakes are good but he found out the lef I was told I need to fix the rear brakes. David had the technician double check the brakes. I made an appointment on line for my annual tire rotation and oil change. I selected service advisor David Olguin, as I have had good experiences with him in the past. I arrived a few minutes early, and Da and oil change. I selected service advisor David Olguin, as I have had good experiences with him in the past. I arrived a few minutes early, and David wrote up the order for my requested services, asked if I wanted the car washed, and reviewed the potential services for my mileage and age of the car. He estimated it would be about 2 hours, and he came to get me at 1 1/2 hours later, and said the jobs were done, with no issues. I was a bit skeptical with the recent ownership change of the dealership, but David came through like he always does. Excellent service! More

Their service department is incompetent and inattentive. I had an oil change performed and my vehicle was leaking oil when I returned home. Not only did they not install the oil filter correctly, they als I had an oil change performed and my vehicle was leaking oil when I returned home. Not only did they not install the oil filter correctly, they also did not reinstall the skid plate correctly and did not even bother to reinstall the access plate to the oil pan drain plug. It's been three weeks and they have not replaced the missing access plate. Don't waste your time calling the service managers Mike G and Bill H, they don't answer their phones and have not returned calls. More

I had a service appointment which took hours for an oil change the. Was told I needed other repairs. I have had this issue with Wilde before so took it to my mechanic and there was no issue as stated at de change the. Was told I needed other repairs. They stated they have no co trim over dealers and I would need to take it up with them. They did state they let Mary know of my complaint t. I never heard from her. I deal with them by not returning as a customer. More
