Provide better time estimates for work. 15 minutes was 50 minutes, 5 minutes became 20. My oil change took over 2 hours. My mileage was 25,000 but the new sticker states my next oil change 15 minutes was 50 minutes, 5 minutes became 20. My oil change took over 2 hours.
