"Outstanding above and beyond customer service!"

Service associate Marissa was a very pleasant surprise on a very busy day. She was extremely cordial, and very accurate on her assessment and time estimate to perform the task I needed on my truck. She stayed in contact with me, came and found me when the truck was done. She has such an upbeat positive personality which is such a pleasant sight to see at a Dealership. She did a great job.

"STAY AWAY FROM WIN CHEVROLET!!!!!"

STAY AWAY FROM WIN CHEVROLET!!!! (The 1 star is mainly due to a couple of their employees and their service department) When I first bought the truck everyone was so nice and courteous made you feel good. Doug from their internet department helped me along with Richard. Long story short, I found some scratches in the engine block so went back to the dealer to show Doug because Richard was off. I assume when I bought the truck I was buying a new truck that was intact not a truck that had some damage. Doug took a look at it didn't bother to send it to the service department to take a look at it or do anything about it just said he didn't know what it was it should be ok and walked away. I decided to open a case with Chevrolet because I didn't want to jeopardize my warranty being void in case I took in the truck for something and they see the scuffs and try to blame me for it. They suggested to take it back to the dealer so they can take a look at it and it can be on record. I took a day off work and set up an appointment. Upon arriving, I told Carl what was going on that I had a case number to make a reference to and what someone at Chevrolet had told me to do. Just like Doug, he took a look at it said he couldn't explain it but not to worry about it that there's nothing wrong. Wow I couldn't believe it, that's all he did even after I told him that I wanted it to be checked out for the record. WIN Chevrolet you really need to train your employees or hire people that have some common sense! If I say that corporate Chevrolet told me to take it in for inspection and to have it on record how hard is it to just do that! Till this day the only person that has been helpful in trying to make things right is Richard. If for some reason you do need to go to WIN Chevrolet GO SEE RICHARD!!!

2 weeks have passed and no one from WIN Chevrolet contacted me to resolve this issue. I really didn't think they were going to be this unprofessional. I guess they just want to take your money and that's it.

"Brake service"

I took my 2015 suburban in for service. The waiting room is comfortable, with a TV, desk chairs, and coffee and donuts. I was able to do work while sitting and waiting. Mark in the service department kept me continually updated as I waited in the waiting room. He made me feel valued and cared for. Everyone was friendly and courteous. And the waiting time was not excessive.

Customer service is outstanding. Steve has always been professional and courteous. He is always friendly. My experience has been woderful every time. Jenny is a great represetative for Huyndai. She is out the door and wring the request as soon as I get out of the car..wait.. I mean before I get out of the car. I love my Santa Fe. Has a Sonada before this great porduct gret price. Just had serviing so far... nothing goes wrong with the vehicle. I did have body work on the Sonada and it looked great. thanks again Loretta Rodgers
