I got what I came for my only complaint was taking home a dirty truck with an empty gas tank. Pretty sad considering that we’re excited to get the truck. I’ve purchased used vehicles before and the dealer would at least send you home with a detailed and washed car with gas in it. No one was injured and no animals were harmed during this experience, but I feel like customers would feel a lot more happy especially after making a purchase. Other than that, it went well, no pressure, and we love our F-150!! More

The only things I would say is that as a couple going into purchase a car please don't assume that all purchaser's are being made for the man, or the man is the lead or registered owner. In our case this car was for my wife and the documents and questions and the transaction should be directed to her as she is the primary person for this transaction. We don't feel that it was intentional or done on purpose, just that we both observed that the questions and decision were being directed towards me. More
