Defenitely Excellent customer service from everybody specially to Will Soong. He is very accomodating, very respectful to people whom he talk to. Will has a shown an example of outstanding customer service! he updates me from time to time with whats going on with my car and how much longer I have to wait, and not just that I feel like theres a DJ calling me with his very modulated voice from my voicemail! I have been a loyal customer of ford since 2017. Since I live town I have been going to Honolulu ford for services since I bought my ford explorer 2020 from Fordwindward. But Oh God Honolulu ford has a very terrible service they even broke my car seat adjuster because they left a trainee to fix my car. no compensation or refund on the amount I spent that day which was rediculously expensive over a freaking wiper blade. Anyway, I am just now glad that I came back to Windward Ford branch. I hope they will continue to be of great service to their loyal customers! Thanks again to Will Soong for helping me out! - and oh I wish I was able to get a loaner car since I went there for a Recall, I have to catch a uber going back home since it will be ready the next day. not really a big deal but it would be nice if there was a loaner. More
My battery died got a jump drove to dealer and after checking to see if they had my battery in stock, they fit me in right then. I was out about 1 1/2 hour later!! They also did 50 point inspection but failed to fill up my windshield wiper fluid so I know it wasn’t as thorough as usual. More

At a low bar, Windward Ford is the best Ford Dealer on the island for Service. It's tough these days for dealers to provide great service. These guys kick everyone else's butt by doing the job which is as the island for Service. It's tough these days for dealers to provide great service. These guys kick everyone else's butt by doing the job which is asked of them. Could they do a better job? Not in today's worker pool. They are doing the very best that they can. I believe the manufacturer could do a lot to help them. One thing would be to provide parts to them for recalls and repairs. Any problems these guys have fall on the manufacturer not doing their job well. The other Ford dealers have this problem too, however, the other dealers suck, and Windward Ford does not. Their employees care. They answer the phone. Try calling the other 2 dealers, you will not get through. It's like they don't want money. Go to Windward, keep your sanity. More
