I had an appointment last week that was scheduled for 6 weeks. It was supposed to take 3 days. When I got there, no one knew why I was there. I had to speak to 3 different people and wait almost an hour to speak with an advisor. Then they said the rental car that was arranged 5 weeks ago would be ready in 4 HOURS! The dealership shuttled me to the airport in a customer's jeep that was heading for the body shop. It has been 8 business days and I still don't have my car. I have called over 16 times. They have answered 3 times. I've left messages and no one called back. If you need to keep my vehicle, give me a call. Don't tell me you'll call me when it's done. You said 3 days. Either call or meet the time-line. This has been going on for 19 months. More

Windaward Dodge Service Department FAIL I have bought 3 ram trucks from them. The service department used to to top notch. Tried to make an appointment but the gal wouldn’t let me since I di I have bought 3 ram trucks from them. The service department used to to top notch. Tried to make an appointment but the gal wouldn’t let me since I didn’t have the VIN number on hand. I told her I bought the truck from them if she could look it up on their records. She would not. I finally get the information and make the appointment 2.5 weeks out and schedule my tow company to take it there. When it gets there after Labor Day, no one knows anything about it. There is no appointment or information about the issue. The truck was there for 3 weeks before someone worked on it & again no one knew what the issue or didn’t call to find out the problem. The truck was there for 7 weeks to fix the death wobble on the steering system. I had to then take it to another shop for alignment, that cost me another $4K to have that repaired which was the work they should have done. I had to send it back to Windward Dodge to have it sit there for another 6 weeks. Again they had no clue why it was there. Communication is really POOR!!!! Calls would not be returned in a timely manner, 2,3,10 days is not appropriate!!!!! I just bought another 2018 Ram, this time it wasn’t from them!!!! Their reviews on yelp is blasting them on terrible service. I hope that they get it together. More
