Satisfied with purchase I was in the market for a 2018 Explorer and settled on this dealer because they gave me a price almost $1,000 less than the other Ford dealers in the I was in the market for a 2018 Explorer and settled on this dealer because they gave me a price almost $1,000 less than the other Ford dealers in the area. I had emailed several dealerships asking for their best offer and Winner was the...weIl, winner. The other dealerships all emailed me asking what Winner was asking so they could "go to their managers one more time to see if there was anything they could do". That *$#& drives me crazy. Obviously, the price you quoted first wasn't the best you could do if your manager still might be able "to do something". The internet rep I dealt with, Erik, was upfront about the pricing and I liked my salesman, Jeremy Robertson, very much. I felt he was honest and tried to process the transaction as quickly as possible (as requested). There was a tour of the dealership I felt was unnecessary but I'm sure he was required to do that. I was a little disappointed that the car I purchased (2018 Ford Explorer) did not come equipped with a CD player but that was obviously not the dealer's fault. I haven't owned a new car since 2005 so I'm a bit out of touch. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealer to anyone. When and if I decide to get another Ford I will definitely go back to Winner and Jeremy. More
