Yesterday, I drove in with a rattleing sound coming from under the engine hood, and 2 different mechanics immediately recognized the sound as being a failing water pump. The men working the desk, John, Mike, Ramon, and Scott were very attentive to all customers and had GREAT sense of humor! My time of one and a half hour wait for the repair (no appointment) was actually entertaining because of these guys. Although they were comical, they were professional and appropriate. Woburn Toyota, you are VERY LUCKY to have these men working for you!!!! I hope you pay and treat them VERY WELL!! And the icing on the cake was, my car purrred when I drove away. Went to their express service center for the first time. You could tell from the moment you stepped up to the counter, these guys liked working together and what they did! I'm extremely pleased with my RAV4 maintenance service at Woburn Toyota Scion. I purchased my RAV4 V6 at Ira Toyota, Manchester, NH 5 Jan 2008 and I live in Burlington, MA. So obviously I wasn't going t Woburn Toyota Scion. I purchased my RAV4 V6 at Ira Toyota, Manchester, NH 5 Jan 2008 and I live in Burlington, MA. So obviously I wasn't going to drive 80 miles to get my car serviced. Then I remembered seeing the signs for Woburn Toyota close to where I live. I took it over for my first maintenance service @ 5,000 miles and ever since then I've been a loyal customer. Quick, reliable and friendly service. Very impress with the dealership. Today, I came in for a regular oil change at 6:30 am ( they have an express service which I think is awesome) and I was out by 7:15 am. Mike took the time to go over on what they did and things I need to keep an eye for in the future. I never feel press to get other maintenance work for which I didn't come in for. The service team is always polite, professional and knowlegdeable. I feel very fortunate to have found this dealeship. Dealerships are like hairdressers, once you find one that meets and supasses your needs; you keep on going to them. More

I bought my 2007 Prius new at Woburn Toyota and have been so pleased with their service and assistance (and, of course with the car itself) that we turned to them when my wife's Volvo needed to be replaced r so pleased with their service and assistance (and, of course with the car itself) that we turned to them when my wife's Volvo needed to be replaced recently. Their caring and support for the customers is evident. While it is quite a busy dealership, they have structured their service with us customers in mind, with both an Express service (extended hours) and the regular service areas. When I have had a question or needed something checked, they have been very responsive. Just yesterday, I had a low tire warning light come on but no obvious reason that I could tell. Since I was in the area of the dealership, I stopped in to ask about it. They were quick to fit me in, get it checked out, give the car a general checklist review to be sure nothing else basic was amiss, and get me on my way. John Russo, my service writer, was very helpful and quite ready to answer questions and make sure that I understood what the problem was and was well satisfied. This reinforced my confidence in the Woburn Toyota dealership and its service staff. More
