Went in for oil change, yet knew I needed tires, and possibly brakes. I needed both. The price was higher than expected, partially because I went for the Michelins. The wait was going to be measured in hours, not minutes, but service technician John Russo made the pain a bit more bearable by getting me a loaner car. When I left with my new tires and brakes, John reminded me that my braking style might change due to the feel in the car. I love my Camry Hybrid, and seriously - at 55,000 miles, the brakes and tires were due. Thanks to Mr. Russo for making the inevitable less painful. More
I was impressed with the level of service and the young man that assisted me with my issues with the truck. I have not had the "real" work done yet but I am sure it will be the best available. John Russo coordinated my Express Lube service in a very professional manner. The job was completed in a short time and the vehicle was parked in a safe location. I took my Rav4 in for an oil change (the 'no appointment needed' policy was most helpful!) and John Russo helped me both when I dropped the car off and when I picked it up. Sure, there was a small wait time when I dropped it off, but once I got to the counter, John was very efficient—while still being friendly—despite the crazy-busy vibe in the office. He also mentioned the 'text' program they are now using and I absolutely love that idea and it made for a very easy pick up! (I do wonder if I'll get hit with tons of 'spam-texts' but I can always opt out of the service.) Overall, it was a very pleasurable experience and very affordable—with my handy coupon I got in the mail! I will most definitely continue to service my Rav there and hope to deal with John at future visits. More

Knowing I can be in and out within 45-60 minutes for oil changes is a great comfort. More
