Oil change It shouldn’t take 2 1/2 hours for an Oil changed. I was there from 130 till a 3:45 for an oil change. I know the guys are very busy there’s always It shouldn’t take 2 1/2 hours for an Oil changed. I was there from 130 till a 3:45 for an oil change. I know the guys are very busy there’s always a lot of people there but I also see a lot of guys in the back in the service aria talking taking up a lot of time at the customers expense. You could greatly improve on the customer experience for Noyle change my illuminating all that unnecessary laughing joking talking etc. More

Above and beyond . . . Due to a defective oil filter, I was waylaid in my trip from Dallas to Chicago. I was able to make it to Wolfchase Honda where Kenneth Jones, the ser Due to a defective oil filter, I was waylaid in my trip from Dallas to Chicago. I was able to make it to Wolfchase Honda where Kenneth Jones, the service tech, took full charge of my problem and, working with my Honda dealer in Dallas, identified the problem, arranged for its correction - no cost to me, and got my back on road as promptly as possible. Couldn't ask for more, but feared I would get far less. Kudos to Wolfchase Honda and Kenneth Jones. More
